All prices for services are listed on our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments via our secure checkout system, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms such as Revolut. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly indicated before checkout.
3. Booking Policy
All bookings for training, walking, and other services must be made through our online booking system. By booking a service, you agree to these terms and conditions. For training programs or boarding, please ensure that your dog meets our health and behavior requirements to avoid cancellations.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations by Clients: Clients may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.
- Cancellations by Ian4Dogs: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified, and a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be provided.
5. Liability and Insurance
At Ian4Dogs, we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets during our services. We are fully insured under Pet Business Insurance, covering the following services:
- Dog Walking
- Pet Sitting
- Pet Minding
- Pet Home Boarding
- Dog Daycare
- Dog Training
- Pet Behaviorist
Our insurance policy, Policy Number: PIA/IE/0524/02005, is issued by “Pet Business Insurance” and provides comprehensive coverage for the services listed above. This insurance ensures that you and your pets are protected while utilizing any of our services.
However, while we are insured, Ian4Dogs is not liable for any injury, illness, or behavioral issues that may arise during or after the provision of services due to factors outside of our control. By booking our services, you agree to waive liability for Ian4Dogs except in cases explicitly covered by our insurance policy.
