Our good boy Biggie is a chihuahua mix who struggled massively with reactivity, to new people but especially to other dogs. He's a little dog with BIG feelings. Since working with Ian, Biggie can be calm and happy in a room with other dogs at training which is incredible. The first time he let Ian carry him I was shocked. At home, he is much calmer about visitors, even approaching our friends for pets which he wouldn't do before.
